i just sit and wonder
Where are we from
how did we end up here?

I look
into the eyes of a monkey
What do i see?

Human race,
risen from chimps
like phoenix bird arises from the ashes

i stare at a skeleton
a large dinosaur
i wonder..

Who were they?
why were they?
what were they?

I look into the eyes of the chimp
What does he think of me?
Am i its future?
Am i its death...?

Sometimes i wonder
What happens in after million years..
if the human race dies.
Will the chimps turn into humans?
